Shipping Policy
Preparation Time
All our products are prepared on demand. The preparation and processing time may take between 2 and 4 weeks from the confirmation of the order. This period includes production, preparation, and packaging of the product.
Once the preparation process is completed, the order will be handed over to the selected carrier.
Carriers
Orders are shipped through external courier companies such as Correos, DHL, SEUR, or InPost. The carrier used may vary depending on the destination, availability, and shipping logistics.
Shipping Times
Once the order has been shipped, delivery time will depend on the carrier and the destination country. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Spain: usually between 2 and 5 business days
European Union: usually between 4 and 10 business days
International: usually between 7 and 20 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, periods of high demand, or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with tracking information, if the carrier provides a tracking number.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and will be displayed before completing the purchase.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, customs duties, or import fees applied by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
